Dr. Connie WoythalCertified Neurosculpting® Facilitator
I have been involved in psychology in some form or another for over 30 years. First, I received a BS degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Then, I earned a Specialist Degree in School Psychology from the University of Wisconsin in River Falls. Then, I completed my doctorate in clinical psychology (PsyD) at the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology which is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I am an Associate Professor at the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology and an Adjunct Instructor at Silver Lake College in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
I fell in love with psychology and learning about human nature in high school. Once I got the psychology bug-I never stopped learning. I love learning. I love sharing what I’ve learned, practiced, and experienced with others.
I came across Neurosculpting on a fluke when I ordered an audio CD series from Sounds True. From there, I was enamored and couldn’t get enough. When I learned I could become a facilitator, I jumped at the chance to be part of this truly transformational work. I was drawn to Neurosculpting because of its strong connection to neuroscience and the body. As a graduate student I took coursework in Neuropsychology and also was a research fellow where I applied my knowledge of Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology, and School Psychology with the geriatric population. So being a Certified Neurosculpting Facilitator fits me perfectly.
I feel most at home, professionally when I’m teaching, mentoring, coaching, and/or facilitating. I have taught at the undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate levels. I have supervised interns in counseling, new graduates in counseling, students in graduate programs and postdoctoral individuals seeking licensure as psychologists. As a school psychologist and licensed psychologist, I have worked with individuals of all ages with varying challenges, diverse lifestyles, points of view, and cultures. As a certified Neurosculpting facilitator, I am always excited to see the transformations that happen.
