Joy MenetCertified Neurosculpting Facilitator, Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (Candidate), Founder of Joyful Integrative Services
Joy is best known for her passion to be in service to others, working towards equity in healthcare and education, her love for the natural world, and a kind and reassuring laugh. Her goal is to find the right tools to support individuals on their own personal journey. When working with private clients, she listens to help create a personalized plan that includes Neurosculpting(R) tools which can also be combined with Thai massage techniques and/or a wide variety of outdoor activities from walking to rock climbing. Working as a WFR certified wilderness guide/NOLS instructor/experiential educator for the past 18 years, she recognizes the healing powers of the natural world. Currently, she is pursuing a certification as a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (Candidate) to be able to give tips about how to use food as medicine when that information is desired. Her background is quite varied and extensive as is her B.A. degree from UW-Madison which you are invited to ask her about if you are curious to know more. While living abroad in Ecuador for 6 years, she worked as a science teacher while simultaneously serving as president of a mountaineering club. Other work activities include leading team building programs, serving underprivileged and at-risk youth, working as a NBCMI Certified Medical Interpreter, and over 18 years working in an educator role.
