    What to eat to support neuroplasticity: a great balance of carbs, fats and proteins to support the health of our neurons and networks. I personally eat as close to a balance as possible at every meal. This keeps my brain from fatigue, keeps it focused and prevents blood sugar crashes. What’s your ideal brain food?
