MMMLANDING

Explore the link between mind, movement and magic in the 2nd annual MMM retreat. Dive deep with us into a neuro-understanding of how thoughts effect the brain and body. Break through mental, emotional and physical limitations through movement, dance, music, play and motion. Use the Zouk dance form to explore inter-personal connection and healing. Together we’ll meditate, do yoga, dance, and explore new ways to relate to each other and heal.
Zouk is a dance form of hyper-connection, inviting us to connect deeply to ourselves  so that we may relate to each other more profoundly.

Combined with Meditation, Neurosculpting, Yoga and Play we get to map to a new way of being in the world.
